New, unused parts and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the date the item was shipped according to the numbered policies at the bottom of this page. When items are returned or exchanged within these guidelines, Apex Motorsports Incorporated will exchange the items or refund the full purchase price to you. Items that have been installed or items that have been custom fabricated, painted or otherwise modified by special order may not be returned.
Please request and complete an Exchange/Return form, place it in the box or affix to the package using a shipping document pouch and ship the items to the Apex Motorsports Return Department. Please be sure to include your order ID or invoice number on the form to help us expedite the processing of your refund in a timely manner.

Parts returned beyond 30 days from the date the item was shipped to you are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

1. Returns: All returns will be accepted within 30 days of the shipping date of the product and only if the customer returns the item with a completed Exchange/Return form. Returns will be processed within 3 business days of receipt. A full refund will be provided without a restocking fee if the item is unused and in it's original packaging. Because Apex Motorsports Incorporated does not keep your credit card information, refunds may, at our discretion, be refunded in the form of a company issued check. If your credit card/debit card transaction is still available for refund your refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.
2. Return shipping charges: When returning items, we highly suggest that you ship those items using a trackable method such as UPS or FedEx shipping. Apex Motorsports Incorporated will not be responsible for packages that are lost during transit. All returns must be sent prepaid as no collect shipments will be accepted by Apex Motorsports Incorporated. Please ship your items with insurance to protect yourself against loss as Apex Motorsports Incorporated can not be responsible for damages that occur during shipping.
3. Damaged & defective orders: If you receive a damaged or defective item or package, you must contact us within 2 business days of receiving the order. If the issue is not reported to the returns department within this time frame Apex Motorsports Incorporated reserves the right to refuse the return. If you notice damage to the package at the time of the delivery, please make a damage claim with the shipper at that time.
4. Manafacturer warranty: The manufacturer’s warranty will cover the items for exchange when the problem arises after the Apex Motorsports return policy has expired. Those refunds and exchanges must be discussed directly with the manufacturer of the product. The manufacturer will make the determination of those claims and Apex Motorsports Incorporated will have no control over the manufacturer's decision once our return policy period has expired. Apex Motorsports incorporated will, as a courtesy, attempt to facilitate a review of the claim for the customer, with the understanding that Apex Motorsports Incorporated does not have the final say in these matters.
5. Packaging: Items must be returned in new and condition which allows for resale. Products returned in damaged or missing packaging will be refused.
6. Restocking fee: All products returned after 30 days from the date the item was shipped to the customer will be assessed a restocking fee of 20%
7. Used returned products: Used or previously installed items will be returned at the discretion of Apex Motorsports Incorporated. Please contact us and used/installed returns will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
8. Incidental damage and labor cost: Apex Motorsports Incorporated will not be responsible for any incidental damage or labor costs which occur as the result of the installation of aftermarket parts.
9. Special orders: Special order items, custom items, items that are painted to match or otherwise altered are not subject to the return policy. Items that are special ordered, custom or modified may not be returned for refund or exchange. Painted items are inspected before they ship for any damage or flaws. All painted items must be inspected at the time of delivery and ANY damage or flaws must be reported at that time to the shipper who shall handle all claims of damage. No painted items will be exchanged or returned for refunds.
