Tracking Your Package

You may track your order by using the order tracking search box on the right hand column of this page, or from the Apex-Speed home page.  Enter your order ID number or your email address to track your package. Additionally, you may track your package using the UPS tracking number you received by entering that number on the tracking page of the UPS website. 

Apex Motorsports Shipping Policy

Items that are in stock will ship  within 1-2 business days. The time for shipping is dependent upon the time of day that the item is ordered. If an order for in stock items is received before our last shipping pick-up of the day, the items ordered will be shipped on the same day.  

The time of day for our last shipping pick-up can vary based upon the schedule of our preferred shipper, United Parcel Service. For items that are not currently in stock, Apex Motorsports Incorporated will contact you via email or telephone to provide you with an estimated shipping date and time. If the item is not in stock after you have placed an order and it is before our business hours have ended for the day, you will be notified of the status of your order on the same day. If your order was placed after hours you will be notified of the shipping status on the next business day.

Apex Motorsports Incorporated reserves the right to change the delivery method and shipping carrier of packages in order to expedite the delivery of your purchase.

Custom ordered items, items that require paint and/or powder coating and other custom parts and modifications will alter our normal shipping policies in order to facilitate the additional time needed for manufacture of the custom items.

Apex Motorsports may ship your items from one or more locations and in one or more shipping containers.

Apex Motorsports Truck Freight Shipping Policy

Some items may be shipped via truck freight due to delivery destination, size or weight. When items are shipped by truck freight, special truck freight charges will apply. Generally, when truck freight is the method of shipping, you will be contacted by the shipper to schedule a delivery time.

Apex Motorsports Drop Shipping Policy

Apex Motorsports Incorporated reserves the right to ship your items to you directly from the manufacturer when items are not currently in stock or when doing so will accelerate the delivery time for your purchase.
